Training Program
Purpose: This
comprehensive program is designed to give participants the needed skills to manage a store. During the 12 month program, employees will participate in lectures, discussions and interactive
activities designed to improve their management skills.
Requirements:
- Completing all assigned reading and activities
- Attending all scheduled meetings and review sessions
- Passing all proficiency exams at the end of each unit
- Applying all information learned to the workplace setting
- Participants will be placed in a store location
Qualifications:
- Currently or previously in a supervisory position
- Currently or previously an Asst. Manager (or higher) at Hubert's
